Must have a working knowledge of the kitchen including operating equipment and safety and sanitation practices.
Must be able to communicate with fellow employees and management to ensure operational needs are met.
Flexible schedule, weekends and holidays are a must, for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and special events.
