Rocking Horse Ranch Resort is currently seeking an experienced individual to head up our Project Management division. We are looking for a strong team leader that is organized, personable and meticulous. Candidate must be a self-starter with a positive can-do attitude who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.
Must be MS Project proficient and have experience in building, managing and executing a project schedule. Excel, PowerPoint, Word skills required. Knowledge in CADD, Visio or Google Sketchup a plus. Light construction management and procurement experience in a commercial environment necessary. Must be flexible and able to quickly adapt to changing priorities with the ability to work independently as well as within a team setting.
Complete understanding of the project management process, including but not limited to design, specifications, procurement, schedule, owner/client interface, and contracts.
Minimum of 5 years of commercial construction management experience.
Comprehensive working knowledge of all phases of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and boiler operations.
Strong organizational, communication, managerial and interpersonal skills.
Experience in purchasing required for department and control costs and budgeting.
Ability to manage self, staff, and third party vendors.
Flexible schedule to fit resort’s operating schedule. Possess a valid driver’s license.
