Displayed rates are based on 6 people per room.  Prices vary based on occupancy and do not include 15% Resort Fee.

*Notice: On designated Scout dates there is no minimum number of guests required for the special rate. Room location will be based on group size and date deposit is received. Rates will vary for less than maximum multi-occupancy per room, depending on room type. A deposit of $50 per person is required. Troop leaders are expected to file all necessary forms with their Council.  Alcohol will not be served to guests traveling with a troop during our designated weekends for Girl Scouts.  Any troop found to be in violation will be reported to their home Council.  New York State tax exempt certificate is required with deposit. 2 night minimum stay required.
