Rocking Horse Ranch Resort was founded in 1958 by Gloria and Toolie Turk as a horse-centric destination for those wishing to escape city life.  As the resort became more and more popular, amenities were added and the facility began to focus specifically on family travel.  Now owned and operated by Gloria and Toolie’s son Steve and his wife Shelley, The Ranch has been awarded the title of #1 family resort in the U.S. by TripAdvisor.
