1. Must be 21 years of age or older unless otherwise noted in a specific promotion. All federal, state, and local laws apply.
2. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, if any.
3. No purchase necessary, no prize substitution. Prizes are non-transferable and not negotiable. Prizes can not be exchanged for cash.
4. Rocking Horse Ranch/Turk Hospitality Group reserves the right to limit the winning of prizes to once every 120 days per household.
5. Employees (including family members) of Rocking Horse Ranch/Turk Hospitality Group, and associated sponsors are not eligible to participate to win.
6. Rocking Horse Ranch/Turk Hospitality Group reserves the right to amend or change the above rules at anytime as well as end a contest at any time. All decisions of management with regard to the awarding of prizes, the selection of winners and the interpretation of these rules shall be final. Each contestant by virtue of entering the contest agrees to accept the decision of Rocking Horse Ranch as final.
7. One entry per person.
8. One grand prize winner will receive a 3 day/2 night all inclusive stay at Rocking Horse Ranch for 4 people. Dates of stay will be determined based on availability at a mutually agreed upon time.
