Lunch features one of the biggest Salad Bars (seriously, this Salad Bar is big!) you’ve ever seen. Chef Paul’s hot action station featuring Sizzlin’ Fajitas, mouthwatering pulled pork sliders, prepared pastas and lots more to come! Lunch also includes a rotating selection of simple fare such as sausage ‘n peppers, macaroni and cheese, cheeseburgers & hot dogs, and homemade soups.
Dinner features our rotating a-la carte menu including freshly prepared soups, salads, appetizers and a selection of delicious entrees nightly, such as our signature Kansas City Strip Steak, Aspen Roasted Chicken and Award Winning BBQ Spare Ribs. Our Kansas City BBQ judge has developed mouthwatering brisket smoked in “Beulah,” our custom made apple wood smoker. Wait till you try the ribs charbroiled over our open pit… Steve’s favorite!
Our tempting dessert bar features fresh baked homemade cakes, pies and cookies, along with ice cream sundaes station with all the toppings. And don’t miss our fruit station, with a wide variety of fresh, locally grown fruit.
