Frequently Asked Questions
Mountain Tubing Advisory

Tube run conditions may vary as weather changes.
This ride may require physical exertion. Tubes may hit, flip, or spin.
Do not ride if you are pregnant, have preexisting back, neck, or health conditions, or are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
No loose clothing, no long hair exposed, closed toed shoes required.

Tubing Safety Instructions

For Your Safety:

 

Do Not Use without staff supervision.
Pay attention to staff and follow instructions.
Observe ALL signs.
Children must be supervised by parent or guardian at all times.

Sitting in The Tube

Only one (1) rider per tube.
Sit up, face forward, hold handles.
Keep feet up.
If descending with multiple tubes, riders must keep their feet secured under the front riders armpits.

Riding The Lift

Do not use lift without assistance.

Observe ALL signs.

Children must be supervised by parent or guardian at all times.

Face forward and remain standing at all times, no walking.

Promptly exit belt at the top of the lift.

Exiting the Track

Do not walk on Neveplast surface.

Look both ways when exiting.

Do not attempt to retrieve items from lanes, ask for assistance.
