Terms
Rates are nightly per person, based on two (2) adults per room and include
dinner on day of Check-In, thereafter three meals daily, lodging, use
of all facilities, sports, equipment, instruction, cocktail parties, day
camp program, evening entertainment, and concluded by breakfast and lunch
on day of Check-Out. Single adult pays an additional 50% of adult rate.
Infants under three (3) no charge. Third (3rd) adult in room at 55% adult
rate. Subject to 15% Resort Fee and New York Sales Tax applied to all
rates. Two night minimum required on most reservations, call for details. The Resort Fee is added to provide and maintain our resort amenities. Rates subject to change without notice. Further restrictions may
apply.
Bill Payment
Due upon registration/arrival. Payment accepted in cash, money order,
travelers check or major credit card. No personal checks, please. All
rates per person per night and subject to 15% Resort Fee and New York
Sales Tax.
Deposit
$75 per person. Use credit card for immediate confirmation by phone, or
check by mail. Entirely refundable with four weeks notice. Deposit is
held as a guarantee and is forfeited on late arrivals or early departures.
A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of deposit.
Check In
Arrive any time from midday and enjoy most available facilities. Rooms
generally ready by 4:00pm (often earlier). Dinner served until 9pm to
accommodate late arrivals, followed by evening activities and entertainment.
Room checkout is 12:00pm noon, but guests are welcome to stay on property
and enjoy the facilities.
