Start your day with our full breakfast buffet featuring over 40 items including Texas Style French Toast, Silver Dollar Pancakes, eggs/omelets any style, bacon, sausage, ham, corned beef hash, cereals, juices, muffins, pastries and a huge assortment of fresh fruit.

Lunch is included for everyone, featuring our very own Build a Burger Bar with freshly prepared toppings to build your burger, "Your Way"! Or simply enjoy our rotating lunch menu that includes freshly prepared entrees, soups, salads, our very own six foot heroes and much, much more!

Our rotating a-la carte dinner menu includes freshly prepared Soups, Salads, Appetizers and a selection of 4-5 delicious entrees nightly featuring our signature Bleu Cheese Crusted Filet Mignon, Prime Rib, Aspen Roasted Chicken, award winning BBQ Spare Ribs, Horseradish Crusted Salmon, Penne ala Vodka, Cider Glazed Pork Loin, Flat Iron Steak, Southern Fried Chicken, Sun Dried Polenta w/ Grilled Local Vegetables, and more.

Now enjoy Comfort Cuisine with our Signature BBQ! Our two Kansas City BBQ judges have developed mouth watering dishes smoked in "Beulah" our Custom made smoker from Cook Shack.
