General information: On designated Girl Scout dates there is no minimum number required for the special low rate. However, room location will be based on group size and date deposit is received. Rates will vary for less than maximum multi-occupancy. A $100.00 binder is due 2 weeks after reservation is made. A deposit of $40 per person is required. Troop leaders are expected to file all necessary forms with Girl Scout Council. New York State tax exempt certificate is required with deposit.
